KILIMPOMBO is dedicated to coordinating supplies to registered NGOs through initiatives that support local economies. Our primary focus is on supporting schools, learning centres and further education programs . Currently we support projects in East Africa. We collaborate closely with trusted community organisations and child protection groups to ensure that projects are secure, reputable and driven by genuine ambition. Your contributions are thoughtfully directed to initiatives that make a real impact, while also bolstering the local economy and creating meaningful job opportunities.

About KILIMPOMBO
KILIMPOMBO has been established in memory of Michael Mpombo, the inspirational founder of the Kili Centre for Orphans and Street Children based in Moshi, Tanzania. Michael believed passionately in the transformative power of education, often quoting the famous phrase, “Education will set you free.”
Michael had a clear vision. Education for every orphaned child, along with community outreach programs that kept children with their families, supporting them with health and education (school fees, books and uniforms). He further advocated all children, including girls, received secondary education. The centre also supported children wishing to pursue university education.
Despite his complex and challenging background, Michael overcame numerous obstacles to earn his education, going on to receive an MBA. He established the Kili Centre as an independent, non-religious-affiliated organisation. His passing in 2015 was a profound loss, and KILIMPOMBO is dedicated to continuing his invaluable work.
